Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Scarborough, ON (Primarily Remote with occasional office visits)
Duration: Full-time, Permanent

We are seeking a relationship-driven Account Manager to support our client in managing and growing an existing portfolio of corporate clients within the Audio Visual (AV) and events space. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with 2–4 years of experience who enjoys client interaction, account growth, and delivering exceptional service.
The Account Manager will take ownership of an established book of business, focusing on maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to expand accounts. This role requires regular client engagement, both virtually and in-person, to stay top-of-mind and drive continued business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of corporate client accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships as the primary point of contact
  • Proactively engage clients to understand needs and ensure ongoing satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and expand services within existing accounts
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Business Analysts, etc.) to ensure seamless execution
  • Conduct regular client check-ins, meetings, and relationship-building activities (including occasional client lunches or in-person meetings)
  • Respond to client inquiries and ad hoc requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activities
  • Ensure clients remain engaged and continue to leverage services

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or a client-facing role
  • Experience in Audio Visual (AV), events, or related industry is an asset
  • Experience working with corporate clients is preferred
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize effectively
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a primarily remote environment
  • Business-related background or experience is considered an advantage
