Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Change Manager to play a critical role for our client in driving organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and successful implementation of new processes, technologies, and strategies. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in change management. The Change Manager will conduct stakeholder impact assessments to understand the effects of change on various groups and develop tailored strategies to address their needs. They will also execute a variety of change tactics, including communication plans, training programs, and support mechanisms, to ensure successful adoption and sustainability of change initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Identify Change impacts based on unique initiative scope and develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support organizational goals within projects.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Create and execute communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Design and deliver training programs to support change initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees throughout the change process.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is required.
  • 10+ years of experience in change management or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Background in Public Relations is an asset.
