Job Description

Our client is looking for a Junior Developer with a strong technical foundation who is interested in building a career in billing systems and enterprise platforms.

This role is ideal for someone with a development background who wants to learn Zuora, a leading subscription billing platform. You’ll receive training and work with experienced team members to support billing configurations, integrations, and system enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of billing-related solutions within the Zuora platform
• Assist with system integrations between billing, CRM, ERP, and payment systems
• Help configure products, pricing, rate plans, and billing rules
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to subscriptions, invoices, and payments
• Work with internal teams to understand business requirements and support system improvements
• Assist with data validation, reporting, and documentation
• Participate in testing, deployment, and ongoing support activities

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in software development, application support, or technical systems work
• Strong understanding of programming fundamentals and system integrations
• Experience with one or more programming/scripting languages such as: JavaScript, Python, Java.
• Basic knowledge of APIs, SQL, and data handling
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn new technologies
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

Nice to Have

• Exposure to billing systems, ERP, CRM, or subscription-based platforms
• Knowledge of Salesforce, payment systems, or financial applications
• Familiarity with Agile, Git, or DevOps tools
• Interest in learning Zuora, subscription billing, and Quote-to-Cash processes
