Our client, a leading provider of Industrial equipment solutions, is currently seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Technician to join their growing service team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on technician who enjoys field work, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality technical support to customers. This is a Fulltime and Direct Hire role.
The Service Technician will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, including installation, maintenance, and repair of compressed air equipment at customer locations. The role involves working independently and collaboratively to ensure reliable service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair compressors, dryers, and related equipment at customer sites
Respond to customer service calls, including emergency service requests
Assemble and support compressed air systems
Provide technical advice and promote service solutions to existing customers
Support service promotion to potential customers
Complete parts returns and service documentation accurately
Participate in a rotating 24/7 emergency on-call service schedule
Perform other related technical and service duties as required
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma in Electromechanics or Industrial Mechanics, or Millwright Certification
Red Seal Certification is an asset
3–5 years of relevant service or industrial maintenance experience
Strong electrical knowledge and ability to read technical plans
Experience with compressed air systems is a strong asset
