Our client, a global leader in manufacturing of Mechanical Components is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their growing team. This is a full-time, direct hire position.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing customer relationships, coordinating orders, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring exceptional service and support
Coordinate sales orders, quotes, and delivery timelines
Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and engineering teams to meet client requirements
Manage inventory levels, resolve order discrepancies, and maintain accurate records
Support Business Development Managers with account growth and client retention initiatives
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in sales or account management, ideally within manufacturing, mechanical components, or industrial supply
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Experience with CRM or ERP systems is an asset
Organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
