Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager (Automotive) for their high-volume automotive dealership in the GTA.
Responsibilities:
- Fulfill a key role in the dealership while interacting with the sales team and customers
- Develop and maintain the dealership’s image via advertising
- Plan and develop sales forecast and goals
- Drive sales performance, develop strategies to maximize sales, and foster a positive and productive work environment for the sales team
- Hire, lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Stay updated on the latest product, industry, market and competitor information
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Sales Manager experience in automotive sales is required
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership and interpersonal skills
- Able to design effective advertising
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with software
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- OMVIC certified

Compensation:
- Salary of $80K/annually + Bonus
