Our client, a small development company, is seeking a driven Acquisition Specialist with a strong track record in sales and a passion for growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a results-oriented environment, possesses exceptional negotiation skills, and demonstrates the resilience needed to succeed in a competitive market.
This is a 100% commission-based role, offering high earning potential for individuals motivated by performance and results. A draw will be paid in the early months and non-refundable draws will be strongly considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and acquire properties through networking, research, outreach, and inbound leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers, agents, investors, and advisors.
- Negotiate and close acquisition deals with confidence and professionalism.
- Leverage market insights to identify opportunities and strategically expand the portfolio.
- Maintain organized records, manage multiple priorities, and ensure consistent follow-up.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, acquisitions, business development, or real estate.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a history of successful transactions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to diverse audiences.
- Ability to analyze market data, research opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for property visits and client meetings.
