Job Description

Our client, a small development company, is seeking a driven Acquisition Specialist with a strong track record in sales and a passion for growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a results-oriented environment, possesses exceptional negotiation skills, and demonstrates the resilience needed to succeed in a competitive market.

This is a 100% commission-based role, offering high earning potential for individuals motivated by performance and results. A draw will be paid in the early months and non-refundable draws will be strongly considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and acquire properties through networking, research, outreach, and inbound leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers, agents, investors, and advisors.
  • Negotiate and close acquisition deals with confidence and professionalism.
  • Leverage market insights to identify opportunities and strategically expand the portfolio.
  • Maintain organized records, manage multiple priorities, and ensure consistent follow-up.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, acquisitions, business development, or real estate.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a history of successful transactions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to analyze market data, research opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for property visits and client meetings.
