Job Description

Our client is a leading manufacturer of commercial refrigeration products in North America. They are seeking a Commercial Refrigeration Troubleshooting Specialist to join their team. This is a DIRECT HIRE role and an excellent long-term, career opportunity.

 Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with contractors, customers, and internal sales teams.
• Provide technical troubleshooting support by phone, online, and occasionally in person.
• Collaborate with team members across product groups and attend regular meetings.
• Respond to product-related inquiries and prepare reports/documentation.
• Travel occasionally to provide on-site support when required.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of refrigeration or related experience.
• 313A Refrigeration License is a must
• Mechanical Engineering Technician Diploma is an asset
• Strong hands-on knowledge of refrigeration applications and troubleshooting.
• Commercial refrigeration experience (asset).
• Proven customer support and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable using technology.
• Valid passport with ability to travel occasionally within Canada and the U.S.
