Job Description

Our client is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer with a strong background in Infrastructure and/or Systems Administration to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automation and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) to build and manage their infrastructure, with a focus on integrating security throughout the software development lifecycle. You'll work closely with development and operations teams to ensure their systems are secure, scalable, and highly available.

Responsibilities:

• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using IaC tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Manage our Intune environment, including policy configuration and endpoint security management.
• Collaborate with the security group to implement and enforce security best practices.
• Manage and administer Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
• Design and maintain network and storage infrastructure.
• Implement and manage monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system health and performance.
• Provide hands-on support for troubleshooting issues related to Active Directory, VMware, and Windows Server OS.
• Work with cloud platforms (Azure and AWS) and Microsoft 365 (M365) to support and secure our hybrid cloud environment.
• Manage code repositories and implement version control strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Infrastructure Engineer, Systems Administrator, or similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with automation tools and scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Expertise in IaC tools: specifically Terraform and Ansible.
• Demonstrable experience managing Intune and implementing endpoint security policies.
• Solid understanding of IAM principles and practices.
• Experience with network and storage management.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and managing Active Directory, VMware, and Windows Server environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, including Azure and AWS.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 (M365) administration.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
