Responsibilities:

• Support Canadian and International clients at a senior level as a trusted advisor
• Actively lead and work on a range of engagements (ie. shareholder, succession and estate planning, executive compensation, developing acquisition and divesture strategies and tax compliance)
• Tax planning
• Oversee teams for returns preparation
• Tax advising, planning, compliance, strategies
• Expertly apply extensive knowledge of tax law
• Lead and coach team members

Qualifications:

• 5 years of Public Accounting firm experience
• Tax practice in private enterprise/SME
• Completion of In-Depth Tax or Mtax
• International tax experience
• Full cycle project management accountabilities
• Excellent communication skills
