Our client is looking for a Director of Operations (Custom Manufacturing and Installation) to join their team. This is a great Direct Hire opportunity for a leader who can make a real impact on operations and contribute to continued growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee manufacturing and installation operations, ensuring efficiency and quality
• Develop and implement operational strategies to meet production and service goals and company objectives
• Manage and optimize processes, including procurement, inventory, logistics, etc.
• Lead, mentor, and manage operations teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed to improve operational performance
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in executive management and/or operations roles
• 2+ years of operational leadership experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably custom-manufacturing)
• Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes and operations
• Strong leadership and management ability
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management or Supply Chain Management
• MBA is a plus
• Budgeting and financial experience
• Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills
