Job Description

Our client a leading industrial manufacturing company is currently seeking an Industrial Electrician. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a licensed electrician who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and is looking to contribute to both maintenance and improvement initiatives. This is a DIRECT HIRE role. 

Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7am to 5pm and rotating shifts

The successful candidate will be part of the Electrical & Instrumentation team, handling everything from routine maintenance to the implementation of system improvements within a complex industrial environment.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair electrical systems and equipment
• Conduct routine maintenance on lighting and power distribution systems
• Perform inspection and reliability tasks, such as motor cleaning, lubrication, and thermographic analysis
• Install cables and trays to support new equipment installation
• Program and maintain VFDs and PLCs
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety specifications
• Contribute to continuous improvement and plant optimization initiatives

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Licensed 1st Class Industrial Electrician (required)
• Previous experience in an industrial setting is an asset
• Multi-trade certification is an advantage
• Willingness to work overtime and rotating shifts.
