Job Description

Our client is seeking a Facilities Manager to join their growing team. This is a Direct Hire role and an opportunity to work for a dynamic company.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a high standard of maintenance, security and safety for all facilities (indoors and outdoors)
  • Working with internal team members and outside contractors
  • Hiring and coaching of related personnel
  • Initiate, establish and develop applicable programs, schedules and systems
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • College or university education
  • 2+ years’ experience in facility maintenance and management
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities
