About the Role

Our client is a growing organization that has recently implemented the Zuora platform as their enterprise billing system. They are looking for a motivated new graduate (Computer Science or related degree) to join their team as a Junior Zuora Developer / Billing Systems Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with Zuora’s Revenue and Billing modules, learn subscription billing processes, and grow into a specialist role through training and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Learn and support the Zuora Billing platform, including Accounts, Subscriptions, Products, and Rate Plans.
• Assist in configuring custom fields, workflows, and notifications within Zuora.
• Help with troubleshooting billing and subscription issues.
• Support the team with testing, data validation, and documentation.
• Participate in integration and data flow discussions between Zuora and other systems (ERP, CRM, payment systems).
• Stay up to date with Zuora releases and contribute ideas for platform improvements.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (recent graduate).

• Programming knowledge: Exposure to Java, JavaScript, or other coding languages is an asset.
• Analytical mindset: Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
• Communication skills: Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
