  • Act as the primary escalation point for Atlassian-related issues.

  • Collaborate with developers, service owners, and product leads to align platform capabilities with business goals.

  • Mentor junior admins and lead enablement and training initiatives for platform users.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience administering Jira and Confluence in enterprise environments.

  • Proven expertise with Atlassian Cloud (Premium/Enterprise) and/or Data Center deployments.

  • Demonstrated leadership in platform governance and Atlassian best practices.

  • Strong experience with Atlassian Marketplace apps (e.g., ScriptRunner, JMWE, Insight).

  • Deep understanding of user provisioning and access management using Atlassian Access.

  • Familiarity with REST APIs, Groovy or Python scripting, and system monitoring tools.

  • Solid knowledge of Agile, ITSM, and SAFe methodologies.

  • Experience supporting compliance, audit, and backup requirements.

  • Background in managed services delivery, RFP processes, and enterprise client engagement.
