About the Role

Altis Technology is seeking a Programmer Analyst for a contract opportunity with one of our Federal Government clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot existing applications

• Develop and maintain web-based solutions using technologies like Java, .NET, C#, HTML, CSS, and XML

• Perform migrations, upgrades, and configurations across Windows and Azure environments

• Provide technical advice, documentation, and training to stakeholders

Technical Environment Includes:

Java/J2EE, .NET, C#, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, XML, JSON, ASP.NET, TeamSite, Apache Tomcat, IIS, Git, Azure DevOps, SEO tools, M365

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Programmer/Analyst

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science or Programming from a recognized institution

• Minimum 3 years' experience with Java or .NET 2.0

• Eligible for Secret-level security clearance

Assets (Rated Criteria)

• Experience with:

  • HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML

  • TeamSite (7.3+) development and administration

  • C#, Java, .NET 2.0 environments
