Project Description
Windows deployment project, replacing 600 Desktops across all Client locations. Job responsibilities will include imaging Windows 11 desktop PCs, software provisioning and install, physical device deployment, and asset record updates


Looking for a dynamic Support Specialist to provide support to our Windows 11 and iOS device refresh initiatives across all Client locations.

The successful candidate will bring

3+ years experience configuring, imaging, and deploying Windows laptops and desktops, as well as iOS devices
3+ years experience performing software installs/deployments and applying patches for Windows Operating Systems and iOS
3+ years experience in hardware troubleshooting for Windows laptop and desktop devices, as well as iOS devices
3+ years experience with Mobile Device Management tools for managing iOS devices


In addition to the above skills and experience, the successful candidate will have excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will be a team player with a track record for meeting deadlines.
