Job Description
Our federal government client is requesting Coaching & Assessment Services to provide career guidance, counselling and coaching services to the EX-level and equivalent groups and to employees planning to reach the executive level, such as senior professionals and middle managers within the Federal Government across Canada.
Experience required:
- University degree or college diploma
- Two (2) years of experience as a Senior Executive managing other Executives or equivalent within the Canadian Federal/Provincial/Territorial Government or Large Canadian corporation.
- One (1) year of experience providing Leadership Development or Career Advisory services to current or aspiring executives within the Canadian Federal, Provincial, or Territorial Government, or Large Canadian corporation
- Three (3) years of experience in delivering coaching and mentoring services for executives and aspiring executives within the Canadian Federal/Provincial/Territorial Government or Large Canadian corporation.
- French is an asset
