Location: Hybrid (Regina, SK) or Remote (Canada)
Term: July 2, 2025 – July 2, 2026 (with extension possibility)
Work Model:
Regina-based: 2-3 days/week onsite (Regina Office).
Outside Regina: Fully remote.
Agile Delivery:
Create, manage, and resolve JIRA stories; execute user story acceptance tests.
Monitor development adherence to standards and maintainability.
Business Operations:
Manage end-to-end lifecycle of corporate forms (creation, release, discontinuation).
Evaluate/develop business requirements; manage incidents/enhancement requests.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Facilitate problem/solution negotiations between business and IT stakeholders.
Support incident investigation, analysis, and resolution.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure high-quality solutions before product release; provide solution support to teams.
Agile Expertise: Experience with Agile frameworks, JIRA, and user story testing.
Analytical Mindset: Attention to detail, curiosity, and problem-solving skills.
Stakeholder Management: Ability to understand diverse viewpoints and build relationships.
