Our federal government client is looking for a Business Consultant to support a high-priority transformation initiative within a complex operational environment. The successful candidate will work closely with technical teams to troubleshoot existing issues, validate new system features, and recommend improvements to workflows and processes. This position plays a key role in aligning operational priorities with technology capabilities to strengthen organizational readiness and performance.
Tasks:
Strategic Analysis and Reporting
Conduct assessments and provide strategic insights on operational and organizational priorities, including analysis of initiatives, performance against objectives, and alignment with broader institutional direction. Prepare briefings and recommendations for senior leadership.
Project and Systems Monitoring
Track progress on priority initiatives and identify issues within key digital systems or tools. Provide regular written reports and contribute to continuous oversight efforts.
Process and Tool Improvement
Analyze current workflows, recommend improvements, and contribute to the enhancement of digital platforms and operating models. Support the integration of best practices in tool development and user experience design.
User Engagement and Feedback Management
Manage user feedback systems using product management tools to capture issues, feature requests, and improvement suggestions. Support agile development by rapidly iterating on solutions in response to user input.
Communication and Collaboration
Maintain effective collaboration and communication with team members and stakeholders through meetings, presentations, and virtual engagement. Provide timely and professional support within designated working hours or as required.
