Key Responsibilities:
- Full Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from job description creation, intake meetings, and posting positions to extending offers and facilitating orientation.
- ATS Management: Utilize ADP as the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze recruitment data, including time-to-fill metrics and quality assessments, to inform strategic hiring decisions. Generate and interpret reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- KPI Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment effectiveness and efficiency.
- Job Fairs & Events: Attend job fairs and recruitment events to promote our client’s brand and attract top talent.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with HR team members to foster a positive work environment and support engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in the food manufacturing sector.
- Familiarity with ADP or similar ATS systems.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data interpretation.
- Ability to read and understand recruitment metrics such as time to fill and quality of hire.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a friendly and supportive workplace.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
