Job Description
Our client in the Non-Profit space if hiring a Bilingual Digital Content and Communications Assistant to support with their web content, e-communications, and social media strategy. This individual must hit the ground running, bringing strong working knowledge of content management systems, social media tools, and marketing software. You’ll play a key role in building our online presence and supporting the launch of a new website.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and post content for the website and social media platforms
- Support e-communications and email marketing (ClickDimensions or similar)
- Monitor engagement and track analytics
- Assist with proofreading and formatting digital materials
- Collaborate on the launch of a new website
- Maintain project schedules (Asana) and digital assets
Qualifications:
- Bilingualism (French/English) is a requirement
- Degree/diploma in communications, marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital content or social media management
- Proficiency in CMS (Drupal, WordPress), Adobe Creative Suite, Canva
- Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Agorapulse/Hootsuite, HTML/CSS
Other Info:
- Hybird work model requring 2 days a week onsite
- 11-week probation period with extension to 6 months
