Job Description

Our client, in the healthcare sector, is seeking a skilled Receptionist to temporarily join their team in Kingston.
This is a 4 week contract with full-time hours Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support.

  • Efficiently schedule appointments using electronic scheduling systems.

  • Handle reception duties including answering and redirecting calls and inquiries.

  • Manage visit check-ins and registrations.

  • Perform general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and ordering office supplies.

  • Utilize network technology for electronic file management, database management, email communication, and more.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role is required.

  • Completion of a high school diploma.

  • Proficiency in typing and data entry.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
