Our client, in the healthcare sector, is seeking a skilled Receptionist to temporarily join their team in Kingston.
This is a 4 week contract with full-time hours Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm.
Roles and Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support.
Efficiently schedule appointments using electronic scheduling systems.
Handle reception duties including answering and redirecting calls and inquiries.
Manage visit check-ins and registrations.
Perform general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and ordering office supplies.
Utilize network technology for electronic file management, database management, email communication, and more.
Qualifications and Skills
Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role is required.
Completion of a high school diploma.
Proficiency in typing and data entry.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
