Our client is seeking an IT Support Specialist to support their organization on a contract basis. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
Responsibilites:
Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues across Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 environments.
Manage and maintain user accounts and access permissions through Azure Active Directory and SharePoint.
Monitor, diagnose, and resolve network-related issues, including VLAN configuration, routing, and switching.
Perform root cause analysis on recurring technical issues to identify long-term solutions and improve system performance.
Collaborate with other IT team members and departments to implement and support technology solutions.
Document support procedures, technical solutions, and user guides to support knowledge sharing and reduce ticket volume.
Assist with system upgrades, rollouts, and ongoing maintenance of IT infrastructure.
