Our client, an established association in the Research and Development space, is seeking an Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent role. Roles and Responsibilities
-Provide administrative support to an executive and team
-Scheduling and calendar management
-Meeting coordination
-Board support
-Prepare meeting packages
-Minute taking
-Prepare presentations, reports, and other documentation as needed
-Travel coordination
-Expense management
-Project support
-Maintain and update the internal database
-Event support
-Other related administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications and Skills
-Must have a post-secondary Degree or Diploma
-Must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant administrative support experience
-Must be proficient in MS Office
-Project coordination experience is strongly preferred
-Experience working in an Education/Research/Academic/Non-Profit/Association environment is strongly preferred
-Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
-Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Must be able to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-driven, busy environment
-Must have strong problem solving skills
-Must be able to interact well with individuals at all levels of an organization
-Must have strong analytical skills
-Experience working with Salesforce and Google Suite is preferred
