Our client, a leading Canadian organization, is undertaking a significant ERP modernization and transformation initiative. To support this effort, we are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Consultant specializing in Procurement and Inventory modules. This consultant will play a key role in configuring and delivering Oracle Fusion solutions that enhance procurement, supplier management, and inventory processes, working closely with internal teams to ensure compliance, efficiency, and future scalability.
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud modules
Develop and implement a streamlined contract intake and triage process to support faster execution and improved compliance
Integrate ESG principles and third-party risk management into supplier onboarding practices
Design and support vendor segmentation, risk assessments, and workflow approvals
Ensure procurement processes meet governance standards and regulatory compliance by collaborating with legal, procurement, finance, and ESG teams
Participate in system testing (SIT, UAT), end-user training sessions, and deployment readiness activities
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of 5 years' experience configuring and deploying Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud solutions
Expertise in:
Supplier onboarding, classification, and segmentation
Managing contract lifecycles and intake processes
Supporting ESG frameworks and risk-based sourcing initiatives
Hands-on experience with at least one full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation project
Strong ability to analyze business needs and configure practical, scalable system solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and documentation skills
Education
Degree or diploma in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
Oracle Cloud Procurement Certification (preferred but not mandatory)
Nice-to-Haves
Knowledge of Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC)
Experience with Canadian public sector procurement practices
Background integrating ESG and third-party risk solutions with Oracle systems
Familiarity with other ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle EBS, or Workday
Previous experience in large enterprise environments
Strong problem-solving mindset, initiative, and ability to adapt to changing priorities
