SharePoint Administrator
We are assisting our reputable Ottawa-based client with the search of a SharePoint Administrator to assist in the continued development and maintenance of their SharePoint environments.
Location: Ottawa, ON
Compensation: $100-110K base, performance-based bonus of $3-6K, 4% RRSP matching, 3 weeks vacation, and a paid winter holiday shutdown.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for site development, testing, documentation, and end-user training in SharePoint Online
- Develop appropriate flow strategies based on organizational requirements.
- Develop OOB and PowerApps customized forms.
- Design, develop, document, and maintain Power Apps and other solutions in the Microsoft 365 online platform.
- Integrate SharePoint with other LOB applications such as SAP and Salesforce
- Assist with migrating from SharePoint 2019 to SharePoint Online
- Assist with migrating SharePoint Designer workflows to Power Automate flows.
- Assist with migrating InfoPath forms to PowerApps customized forms.
- SharePoint Online and Power Platform end-user support
- Work closely with project teams and clients to develop and maintain SharePoint related infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for data visualization and analysis.
- Analyze, document, and escalate critical issues to appropriate support groups.
- Review and resolve tickets through our support system.
- Resolve technical support issues via telephone and on site.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years SharePoint experience including on-premises and online environments.
- Knowledge of SharePoint architecture, administration, and security best practices
- Experience with administration of SharePoint and One Drive.
- 3+ years .NET Web Services, and/or TSQL, and/or C# programming language experience
- 2+ years Power Platform experience
Nice-to-have:
- Understanding of PowerApps development methods to create canvas and model-driven apps.
- Experience in developing solutions linking various Microsoft 365 services.
- Experience with current versions on Microsoft SQL.
- Proficiency in Power BI report development and data visualization.
- Scripting Experience (VB, C#, PowerShell) is considered an asset.
- Experience with the integration of Power Platform is considered an asset.
- Experience with Office 365 an asset
- Experience using SharePoint Migration Tool is considered an asset.
