7-Month Contract (Potential for Extension) | Mississauga

Your Key Responsibilities:

Handle Inbound Calls – Answer 30-40 calls per day from customers and dealers with professionalism and efficiency.

Customer Support & Account Assistance – Provide payoff quotes, payment details, and assist with inquiries such as due date and auto pay changes.

Processing & Documentation – Complete necessary paperwork and follow up on customer requests while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Team Collaboration & Special Projects – Work with internal teams to improve processes, manage overflow call volume, and enhance customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

Bilingual (French & English) 

Education – Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Finance preferred.

Customer Service Experience – Prior experience in a call center, financial services, or related field is a plus!

Strong Communication Skills – Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.

Problem-Solving Mindset – Analytical skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using CRM systems and call management tools.
