Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer support? Join our client's team as a Customer Service Representative, where you’ll play a key role in delivering top-notch service to their valued customers and dealers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle 40-50 inbound calls per day, assisting customers and dealers promptly and professionally.
  • Provide account information, process payment inquiries, and quote payoff amounts.
  • Assist with account-related requests such as due date changes and auto-pay updates.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints with effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Process customer requests accurately and efficiently in line with company policies.
  • Complete administrative tasks from calls or emails, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the team to handle internal processes, overflow calls, and special projects.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes for enhanced efficiency.
