Key Responsibilities:
- Handle 40-50 inbound calls per day, assisting customers and dealers promptly and professionally.
- Provide account information, process payment inquiries, and quote payoff amounts.
- Assist with account-related requests such as due date changes and auto-pay updates.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints with effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Process customer requests accurately and efficiently in line with company policies.
- Complete administrative tasks from calls or emails, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with the team to handle internal processes, overflow calls, and special projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes for enhanced efficiency.
