Altis Recruitment is seeking a Brand & Outreach Specialist for our client, a community focused non-profit organization in the health care sector. The successful incumbent will support their brand development, marketing, and promotional efforts.
This role will focus on expanding brand awareness across the province, ensuring consistency in marketing efforts, managing social media outreach, and coordinating the production and distribution of marketing materials.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure brand consistency across multiple locations, creating a unified visual and messaging identity.
- Enhance and expand existing brand resources, such as signage, templates, and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate marketing and branding materials for new and existing sites, ensuring uniformity in appearance and messaging.
- Develop and coordinate marketing campaigns aimed at youth and community stakeholders.
- Manage and grow the organization’s social media presence (Instagram, Twitter, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create content for digital platforms in collaboration with internal graphic designers and external partners.
- Build and implement marketing campaigns to attract users to the platform, expanding its reach to a broader audience.
- Coordinate with external vendors for the production of printed materials, signage, and promotional items.
- Liaise with public affairs and communication teams for large-scale marketing and outreach initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, branding, and/or outreach roles, preferably in non-profit, community care, or social services sectors.
- Proven experience managing social media platforms and coordinating marketing campaigns.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with experience working with vendors and external partners.
- Knowledge of branding best practices, including the development and use of brand guidelines.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools.
- Experience working with graphic designers and creative teams to produce marketing materials.
Education
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communication and/or related fields
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in the mental health, healthcare, or community services sector.
