Our client, in the legal industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support HR functions and play a key role in shaping the organization’s people strategy. Roles and Responsibilities
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor, fostering strong relationships and promoting a positive work environment.
- Recruitment and Talent Management: Oversee the hiring process, onboarding, training development, succession planning, salary discussions, and employee offboarding.
- Compensation and Job Classification: Manage job classifications, salary structures, and create competitive compensation strategies to attract and retain talent.
- Benefits and Administration: Support the implementation and management of benefits, compensation plans, and other administrative HR functions.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure adherence to all applicable labour laws and regulations while implementing best practices in HR operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Relevant HR managerial experience in a similar capacity.
- CHRP or CHRL designation is preferred but not mandatory.
