Roles and Responsibilities
As an IS Solutions Leader in Technology Operations, you will spearhead the design and implementation of solutions for our Hybrid Cloud Environment. This includes managing Cloud IaaS & PaaS and on-premise Data Center IT infrastructure solutions. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and enhancing enterprise cloud governance programs.
• Developing enterprise automation capabilities.
• Defining, gathering, tracking, and measuring enterprise KPIs.
• Driving continuous improvement in value optimization, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud development practices.
• Creating and enhancing infrastructure architectures and solution designs.
• Leading technical decisions through collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Shaping enterprise practices through previous cloud experiences.
• Establishing DevOps/IaC practices and roadmaps to mature cloud practices.
• Collaborating with senior technical resources to enhance delivery frameworks and perform peer code reviews.
• Coaching and mentoring technical specialists in automation and cloud adoption.
• Assessing the technical and business impact of proposed changes.
• Presenting complex concepts to stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in solution architecture.
• Hands-on expertise in cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure).
• Proven experience developing frameworks/solutions for IaC and cloud deployments.
• Proficiency in setting up DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and test automation.
• Strong ability to lead POCs and determine suitable enterprise toolsets.
• Familiarity with scaling agile and waterfall methodologies for cloud adoption.
• Excellent planning, communication, and facilitation skills.

Education

• Undergraduate degree in a related field.

• Experience in running maturity assessments and implementing improvement plans.
• Expertise in presenting and influencing technical decisions across diverse teams.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies in IaC and cloud spaces.
