We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Innovation Delivery Lead to drive the execution of cutting-edge initiatives from ideation to production. This role requires a unique combination of technical expertise, project management capabilities, and a passion for innovation to deliver impactful solutions that align with organizational goals.

In this position, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, designers, data scientists, and business stakeholders, to lead projects that transform ideas into tangible results.

Contract Type: 12-month term with potential extensions
Work Model: Hybrid (primarily remote with periodic in-office work)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Project Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of innovation projects, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
• Agile Leadership: Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align goals, manage dependencies, and resolve roadblocks.
• Experimentation: Support the design, execution, and evaluation of experiments to validate hypotheses and guide decision-making.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities for improving workflows, team dynamics, and project efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

• 6+ years of experience in IT, with a proven track record in software development and Agile project delivery.
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Demonstrated success in leading innovation projects and delivering impactful solutions.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and align technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering,
