Job Description

Our established client, a regulatory body in Downtown Toronto, is seeking a Decisions Administrator to join their team. This will start as an 11 week contract with strong potential to turn into a permanent position. This role offers a hybrid work environment with the requirement to be in-office once a week. The position offers competitive pay and the chance to join a great team!

Roles and Responsibilities

-Provide support to the Inquiries and Complaints committee with reviewing cases, compiling information, and preparing reports summarizing the findings
-Review case reports ahead of committee meetings
-Participate in committee meetings to thoroughly understand each case, taking notes and reviewing information with the team
-Other related administrative tasks as required

Qualifications and Skills

-Must have completed a post-secondary Degree or Diploma
-Must have experience working in a Legal, Regulatory Body, Social Services, or Healthcare environment
-Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant role, with experience preparing written content in a legal, regulatory body, social services, or healthcare environment
-Must have experience preparing written content for a committee or tribunal
-Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Must be able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
-Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
-Must be proficient in MS Office
