Job Description
Our construction client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience and a understanding of the new home construction industry. The Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service skills to help deliver outstanding results and build lasting client relationships.
This is a permanent position, located in Concord, ON.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule trades and service appointments to complete warranty work within Tarion timelines.
- Obtain sign-offs on completed work orders from trades, servicemen, and homeowners.
- Handle customer queries as the first point of contact; coordinate with other departments as needed.
- Maintain customer care calendars and track deficiency completions.
- Create and manage Tarion-related documents.
- Send and follow up on 30-Day, 1-Year, and 2-Year trade work orders.
- Conduct site visits for escalated customer issues.
- Produce deficiency and reconciliation reports.
- Perform administrative duties and assist with special projects.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Tarion Warranty Services (preferred).
- Knowledge of low-rise home construction and industry terminology.
- Strong communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
- Valid G Driver’s License; travel to site locations as required.
