Job Description

Our construction client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience and a understanding of the new home construction industry. The Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service skills to help deliver outstanding results and build lasting client relationships.

This is a permanent position, located in Concord, ON. 

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule trades and service appointments to complete warranty work within Tarion timelines.
  • Obtain sign-offs on completed work orders from trades, servicemen, and homeowners.
  • Handle customer queries as the first point of contact; coordinate with other departments as needed.
  • Maintain customer care calendars and track deficiency completions.
  • Create and manage Tarion-related documents.
  • Send and follow up on 30-Day, 1-Year, and 2-Year trade work orders.
  • Conduct site visits for escalated customer issues.
  • Produce deficiency and reconciliation reports.
  • Perform administrative duties and assist with special projects.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Tarion Warranty Services (preferred).
  • Knowledge of low-rise home construction and industry terminology.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Valid G Driver’s License; travel to site locations as required.
