We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various administrative tasks within the Financial Services Industry. This is on a 1 year contract with a strong possibility it permanency and growth opportunities.
Pay rate: $27/hr
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble packages for vehicle purchases, sales, and financing processes.
- Manage paperwork related to vehicle sales, leases, registrations, and title transfers.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain dealership records and databases.
- Utilize Excel spreadsheets to organize and analyze data, generate reports, and track inventory.
- Assist with general administrative duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and filing documents.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 year of experience working in administration
- Proficiency with MS Excel
