Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary organizer and coordinator for the innovation team, ensuring alignment on multiple projects and activities.
  • Facilitate the delivery of ideas and proof of concepts (POCs) to stakeholders, bridging communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Track and manage progress on multiple POCs, ensuring timelines and objectives are met while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and business units, to brainstorm and ideate solutions to presented problems.
  • Present solutions and POCs to stakeholders, effectively communicating their value and potential business impact.
  • Foster a dynamic and innovative environment, encouraging experimentation and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate and lead brainstorming sessions, ensuring productive discussions and actionable outcomes.
  • Serve as a liaison between the business team and the innovation team, translating business needs into actionable development goals.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in a role focused on project or idea delivery, such as Delivery Lead, Program Manager, or Innovation Coordinator.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies, particularly in AI, ML, or related fields, to understand and support the innovation process.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
  • Experience in facilitating brainstorming sessions and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Design Thinking, or similar frameworks for innovation and development.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may also be considered.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their applications in solving business problems.
  • Prior experience working in an innovation lab or on a team focused on prototyping and ideation.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar project management platforms.
