Our reputable client in the financial services sector is seeking a Bilingual Client Services Specialist to join their team!

This is a permanent role based out of their Ottawa office (first 6 months in office and then hybrid model). 

Roles and Responsibilities 

• Assist the advisor in managing existing investment portfolios.
• Support the development of new business by providing exceptional client services.
• Tasks include transaction processing, tracking, record keeping, resolving client issues, and preparing client files and statements for meetings.
• Develop and maintain a professional, polished manner when working with clients and colleagues.
• Provide high-level client services by supporting the advisor in portfolio reviews and financial plan development for new clients.
• Prepare and process time-sensitive instructions quickly and accurately.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly.
• Schedule appointments and manage client database.
• Ensure effective administration by:
  • Maintaining client information and files.
  • Reviewing trades and accounts for timeliness and accuracy.
  • Following up with clients and/or investment companies.
