Job Description

Our client is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing to oversee their overall digital marketing strategy. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, this role will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing key digital marketing initiatives, including brand awareness and lead generation campaigns, Search Engine Optimization, Web Development and Maintenance, and Digital Marketing Reporting. The Director will mentor and lead a team of digital marketers, collaborate cross-functionally with the Marketing team, and work closely with Sales to support the organization’s aggressive growth objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, measure, and optimize all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against ROI and KPI goals. Use analytics tools to derive actionable insights.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging content for digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and resonance with target audiences.
  • Leverage analytics to identify critical conversion points, optimize user funnels, and address drop-off points.
  • Enhance Search Engine Optimization strategies to drive qualified website traffic.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize websites and online portals.
  • Communicate strategy, recommendations, and results effectively to senior management using analytics.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience mentoring and leading a digital marketing team.
  • 6+ years of experience leading a successful digital marketing team.
