We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience managing large and complex transformational projects. The role involves working on system upgrades, reports and dashboards, process improvements, and operational support within IT and business units. You will collaborate with stakeholders, support vendors, and contribute to the successful delivery of various initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business requirements for reports, dashboards, and system processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional and non-functional requirements.
- Lead or participate in testing activities, including creating and executing test cases and facilitating user acceptance testing.
- Prepare key project documentation, such as requirements documents, process flow diagrams, meeting minutes, and decision requests.
- Work closely with vendors and subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure project needs are met.
- Conduct detailed analysis using techniques such as SWOT, ROI, and feasibility studies.
- Assist with RFPs and ensure effective implementation of SaaS products.
- Support organizational change management and IT service management processes.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst on large, complex projects.
- Strong expertise in requirements analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
- Experience working with SaaS products and integrating systems.
- Proficiency in designing and executing test plans and cases.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of project management principles and tools.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM (Core HR, Payroll, LMS modules) and process integration.
- Familiarity with Sapiens Policy and Claims Modules.
- Proven track record in implementing IT Service Management Processes.
