Job Description
Our construction client is seeking an HR Manager to join their team for a 14-month contract. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting business leaders across various areas by managing the delivery of compensation, benefits, job evaluation, performance enhancement, and recruitment programs.
This is a hybrid position is 3 days work from home and 2 days on-site, in North York, ON.
Responsibilities: - Partner with leaders, provide HR solutions, and monitor engagement.
- Enhance culture and optimize processes.
- Oversee benefits and pension programs.
- Manage salaries, incentives, and market evaluations.
- Lead performance cycles and talent reporting.
- Drive HR projects to successful execution.
- Analyze metrics to improve retention, recruitment, and planning.
Qualifications: - 5-10 years HR experience in generalist position with strategic HR expertise.
- University degree in a related field; CHRP/CHRL is an asset.
- Proficient in organizational design, recruitment, DE&I, employee relations, compensation, succession planning, and performance management.
- Strong working knowledge of provincial legislation.
- Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS.
