Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented leader to join our client's team as an HR Projects Manager. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned change agent to contribute to the success of a vital public service organization.
This is an 3-month contract opportunity requiring on-site work in North York.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, development, and implementation of key HR projects, programs, and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide strategic advisory services to senior leadership.
- Drive the development and execution of talent management strategies, including succession planning, learning & development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage complex projects, including budget oversight, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to address HR challenges and improve organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
