We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to support the successful delivery of complex IT projects on a 6-month contract with the potential for extension. This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure high-quality testing practices across enterprise-level applications and IT infrastructure projects. The position offers a hybrid work environment, requiring 1 day per week in the office.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive testing plans for large and complex IT projects, including enterprise COTS (Commercial-Off-The-Shelf) and SaaS applications.
• Collaborate with program managers, enterprise architects, and technical leaders to ensure alignment of testing with project goals.
• Review, assess, and validate testing at all stages of project planning and implementation.
• Conduct root cause analysis, identify issues, and recommend solutions to improve testing outcomes.
• Support IT infrastructure and cybersecurity-related projects, ensuring robust quality assurance processes.

Qualifications and Skills

• 5+ years of recent hands-on experience in application testing for enterprise-level systems.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, test case/script development, and Agile/DevOps practices.
• Proven experience with large-scale enterprise applications, such as ERP, Finance, HR, or Asset Management systems.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
