Job Description

Our established client, a non-profit membership association, is seeking an Outbound Call Specialist for a 4 month contract position. This is a fully remote role with working hours of 11-7 (EST) Monday to Friday. Candidates will be informing members about the organization's annual conference. 

Roles and Responsibilities

-Connect with executives and Boards of Directors to inform and promote them about the annual conference via outbound calls, voicemails, and emails.
-Answer inquiries
-Data entry
-Record call notes in Excel
-Relationship management
-Other related tasks as required

Qualifications and Skills

-Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of outbound call experience
-Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Must be comfortable working in Excel
-Must have excellent client service skills and be comfortable interacting with individuals at all levels of an organization
-Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
-Must be self motivated and have the ability to work well both independently and in a team
