Job Description

Altis Technology is seeking a Storage Support Engineer to join our clients team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will support the Enterprise Storage environment, providing operational expertise to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability. The selected consultant will play a pivotal role in troubleshooting, implementing upgrades, and resolving technical issues in both production and non-production environments.

Duration: 1 year to start with potential to extend up to 3 years total. 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support, patching, troubleshooting, and project execution for the Enterprise Storage environment.
• Resolve complex, cross-functional technical issues promptly.
• Implement upgrades and modifications to address operational problems or meet business requirements.
• Support troubleshooting efforts in production and non-production environments.
• Analyze existing solutions to identify opportunities for simplification and continuous improvement.
• Create and maintain documentation, including Visio diagrams and support guides.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions as needed.
• Perform other duties and deliverables as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of five (5) years of recent, demonstrated experience managing Enterprise Storage Environments.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting NetApp Technologies.
• Minimum of five (5) years of operational support experience in a similar role.
• Experience working with Change Management policies.
• Experience supporting CommVault Technologies.
