Roles and Responsibilities
- Analyze data to create models and algorithms that solve complex problems.
- Develop and optimize semantic search algorithms to improve search accuracy and relevance.
- Build and implement advanced machine learning and AI techniques for data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance chatbot systems using tools like FastAPI, ChainLit, and DeepChat.
- Manage databases (e.g., Neo4j, SurrealDB) and ensure seamless data integration.
- Automate processes for model development, validation, and implementation.
- Design prototypes and present technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation, reports, and progress updates in compliance with data governance and security standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- 8+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or in a related role within IM/IT environments.
- Proven ability to develop data-driven solutions using tools like TensorFlow, Pydantic, and Instructor.
- At least 2 years of recent experience in data science roles involving analysis, modeling, and machine learning.
- 1+ years of experience in optimizing semantic search algorithms, including cross-language search and unstructured-to-structured data parsing.
- Hands-on experience designing chatbot systems with conversational query analysis.
- Expertise in working with relational, document, and graph databases.
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with AI techniques like natural language processing and predictive modeling.
- Proficiency with tools such as DeepChat, ChainLit, Neo4j, and SurrealDB.
- Experience developing tools and algorithms in Python and relevant frameworks.
