Job Description

Altis Recruitment & Technology Inc. is seeking a motivated, results-oriented Recruitment Partner to join our growing teams in Ottawa or Toronto. This role focuses on expanding our IT Services staffing divisions. While prior experience in the staffing industry is an asset, it’s not a requirement. We are looking for someone enthusiastic about cold outreach and skilled at developing and nurturing new and existing client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and present qualified candidates using both internal and external channels.
  • Conduct high-volume phone screens and virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Utilize recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Monster to identify talent.
  • Post job advertisements, review applications, and proactively search for candidates through in-house databases and other sources.
  • Maintain and update candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Recruitment Partners to align talent sourcing with client needs.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to refine strategies and improve efficiency.
  • Represent Altis Recruitment as a brand ambassador at virtual and in-person events, including career fairs and open houses.
  • Draft and send recruitment communications to engage with prospective candidates.
  • Conduct reference checks and verify candidate credentials when required.
  • Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns for recruitment initiatives.
