Altis Recruitment is grateful to partner with an organization within the Broader Public Sector to support the recruitment of a Senior IT VMO Analyst. This opportunity will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, analyzing performance metrics, and supporting organizational objectives related to supplier performance and risk assessment. This opportunity is a 6 month contract opportunity that will start in mid-January, working 2 days a week on-site in DT Toronto.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate performance metrics and reports, including executive-level presentations and internal summaries.
• Assist in developing and overseeing service agreements and performance indicators.
• Lead vendor review processes and maintain key relationship management as a subject matter expert.
• Evaluate contractual terms and analyze data to optimize vendor relationships and performance outcomes.
• Support system implementation tasks within relevant tools (e.g., service management platforms).
• Contribute to risk frameworks by analyzing and providing insights for vendor evaluation processes.
• Conduct research and provide market intelligence to enhance supplier negotiations and decision-making.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working in a relevant role 
• Proven experience in facilitating and presenting vendor performance metrics.
• Expertise in service agreements and performance indicator management.
• Strong data analysis skills for evaluating contracts and vendor performance.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise service platforms.
• Knowledgeable in risk frameworks and supplier landscapes.
