Our leading financial client is looking for a Senior Manager, Technical PM to join their team! 

In this role, you will lead the delivery of large-scale, technically complex programs and play a critical part in shaping our systems and solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the execution of impactful programs that align with business goals while fostering an environment of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale, technically complex projects and programs, ensuring successful delivery of business outcomes.
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the program lifecycle.
• Simplify complex technical concepts to drive well-informed decision-making across product, engineering, design, and data science teams.
• Develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to enhance collaboration and alignment across diverse stakeholders.
• Drive accountability, follow-through, and measurable results by maintaining a deep focus on execution.
• Foster a culture of empathy, inclusivity, and team growth through highly tuned emotional intelligence and communication.

Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise:

  • 5+ years of experience designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing.
  • 3+ years of experience building distributed systems and highly available services using cloud computing services/architecture, preferably AWS.
  • 3+ years of experience delivering scalable mobile products and platforms.

• Program Management Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Proven track record of delivering large and complex programs, owning technical or business vision, securing commitments from cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful execution.

• Industry Experience:

  • Experience working within highly regulated environments is a plus.

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in technical program management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• Strong technical background with experience in building highly scalable platforms, products, or services.
• Excellent problem-solving, influencing, and collaboration skills.
• A quantitative, systems-thinking approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to drive programs in a medium-paced environment, balancing speed and quality.
• Maturity to work with seasoned professionals and build out program frameworks with a focus on process excellence.
