Job Description

• UI/UX Developer

  Duration: 12 months
  Location: Remote

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Design user-centered products and services, addressing users' touchpoints, motivations, and needs.
  • Provide UX support during design sprints, delivering wireframes and prototypes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to ensure efficient design implementation.
  • Deliver consistent, user-friendly UI designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and design artifacts for user experiences.
  • Ensure all designs meet digital accessibility standards.
  • Conduct user research sessions to uncover insights and translate findings into actionable design recommendations.

  Required Experience:

  • 8+ years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing:
    • Data entry interface designs for web and mobile applications.
    • Clear communication of design requirements to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Figma, with strong prototyping and collaborative design skills.
  • Experience working closely with developers for effective design implementation.

  Preferred Skills:

  • Experience designing enterprise-level products.
  • Familiarity with managing a design system for consistency across applications.
  • Expertise in designing accessible interfaces and conducting accessibility audits.
  • Ability to conduct user research and translate insights into improvements.
  • Experience using Jira and knowledge of Scrum or Agile methodologies.
