Job Description

We are working with a Federal government client seeking a SharePoint Advisor to join their team for a 1-year contract! This advisor will be the Process and Technical SME for a migration project from SharePoint 2016 to their new Dynamics 365 network.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Advise, brainstorm and document implementation strategies and business process in preparation for their migration
  • Advise on migration strategies on existing workflows and solutions
  • Designing / implementing new digital business processes
  • Supporting with documenting and planning their knowledge management workspaces and repositories 

Qualifications and Skills

  • 4 years of experience with Identifying and Establishing standards (permissions, design, workflow processes), policies and processes for workspaces 
  • 4 years of experience in designing and implementing creative knowledge workspaces from these standards, policies and processes and ensuring that these knowledge workspaces are the proper workspace environment as per the requirements provided.
  • 4 years of experience in designing and creating course outlines, course ware, exercises and instruction for all development produced / implemented in a MS365 SharePoint online / TEAMs environment.
  • 4 years of experience with providing coaching / training in both official languages (English and French) to audiences 

Education

  • Secondary school diploma, and
  • Certificate, diploma or degree in a relevant field.
